An Aesthetic Movement period Elm stool

with a 'S' shaped pierced handle, and a wonderful wild grain to the seat. Tight through and exposed joints to the four corners of the seat with tiny little wedges hammered into those exposed circular tops. The legs have fine turnings on square block feet united by a turned cross stretcher. With a nice original patina.
