Glass shade in frosted glass, aligned to the Arts and Crafts movement (1880–1910), c.1900. Ovoid body with gentle vertical ribs tapers to a small neck above a shallow flared base that sits neatly in a gallery. The satin surface softens glare and gives an even diffusion of light.
