Pair of lampshades in Vaseline glass, aligned to the Arts and Crafts movement (1880–1910), c.1900. Compact dome forms with radiating vertical ribs rise to a small fitter opening, above wide flaring skirts with softly ruffled rims that give a distinct profile in antique lighting settings.
The shades function as antique lampshades for period or contemporary fittings, diffusing light through the striped Vaseline glass. Modest proportions suit use as a pair on matching lights or as individual replacements within an antique lighting scheme.
