Arthur Stansfeld Dixon (1856–1929) was a British architect, metalworker, and key figure in the Arts and Crafts movement. He founded the Birmingham Guild of Handicraft in 1890, aiming to revive traditional craftsmanship in response to industrial mass production. Under his leadership, the Guild produced finely crafted metalwork, furniture, and decorative objects, often marked by simple, functional forms and a commitment to material honesty. Dixon exhibited at major Arts and Crafts exhibitions in the 1890s and also designed buildings, including the Church of St John & St Basil in Birmingham, reflecting his integration of craft and architecture.
