A Gothic Revival Polychrome Painted Octagonal Pedestal
It has a graduated moulded edge to the top. Below, on five sides, are pierced offset trefoils. Above each are blind carved Gothic arches, while the other three sides are plain to go against the wall.
The base features a conforming larger graduated moulded edge. It is sturdy and original, with some nice paint loss.
