Howell & James, in the style of Lewis Foreman Day. An Aesthetic Movement oak mantle clock with a carved cresting to the top and fan-shaped detail, framed by incised decoration and a shaped apron to the base.

The circular dial is decorated in blue and white with hand-painted floral motifs and numerals within roundels. Surrounding the dial are four inset ceramic tiles, each painted with stylised flowers in blue and white. The clock case is finely detailed with carved leaf and geometric decoration, and it stands on short turned feet.
