A set of six brass wall lights dating to c.1890, designed in the Arts and Crafts Movement style. Each fitting features scrolling brass arms with foliate detailing, terminating in bulb holders designed for electric wiring. The decorative backplates are finely cast with pierced ornament and beaded borders, reflecting the hand-finished quality associated with late Victorian metalwork. Sets of this scale and craftsmanship demonstrate the transition from gas and candlelight to early electric lighting within the domestic interior.
