Thomas Webb, a Large Vaseline & Cranberry Shade, Circa 1900
£1,600
A large Vaseline and cranberry glass shade by Thomas Webb, circa 1900. The design moves from uranium Vaseline at the base to deep cranberry at the rim, with a moulded scalloped surface and ruffled top edge. The contrasting colours and finely blown form are characteristic of Webb’s late 19th- to early 20th-century production, reflecting both technical innovation and decorative refinement within the Arts & Crafts period.
