Pair of folding chairs in ebonised wood, in the style of E. W. Godwin and aligned to the Aesthetic Movement (1860–1890), 1880, British.

A pair of Aesthetic Movement ebonised folding chairs with bobbin details to the backrests and cane seats. Each chair has a low folding frame, curved side supports and a simple open back structure, giving the pair a light occasional-use profile.
