A Gothic Revival polychrome painted octagonal pedestal with a graduated molded edge to the top. Below, on five sides are pierced offset trefoils; above each are blind carved Gothic arches. The other three sides are plain to go against the wall. The base has a conforming larger graduated molded edge. Sturdy and original, with some nice paint loss.
