Arts & Crafts Brass Jardinière with Stylised Heart Tripod Brackets

A small brass jardinière aligned to the Arts & Crafts movement, c.1900s in character. Cylindrical pressed body raised on a tripod of cast brackets worked as stylised hearts, each flowing to a splayed foot. A rolled rim and two small side lugs complete the simple, honest construction typical of domestic Arts & Crafts metalwork. Practical as a plant cache-pot; a plastic or glass liner is recommended.
