German, c.1910. A WMF brass jug with a rounded body, narrow neck and flared rim. The surface is pressed with a repeated foliate pattern and the handle cast in a rope-twist form. Produced in Germany around 1910, the jug reflects the workshop’s decorative metalware of the early twentieth century, showing the quality and precision typical of WMF’s domestic production.
