Umbrella and stick stand in oak, aligned to the Arts and Crafts movement (1880–1910), 1910, British. The design has a shaped cresting, a slatted central back, and original green and mustard tiles set to the back and to the drip tray beneath, presenting an upright, compact footprint suited to the entrance hall.
Rectangular rails frame the stand to each side, with open compartments above a tiled drip tray to manage wet umbrellas and sticks. The tiled colour blocks and simple carpentry vocabulary place the piece within British vernacular Arts and Crafts hallway furniture of the early twentieth century.
