A top quality well designed Arts and Crafts oak hall seat by Liberty and Co with typical LandCo bottle glass pane to the upper left hand side, cupboard behind with central drawer and cupboard below with well executed hand made fully functional elongated stylised copper hinges and beautifully designed stylised copper coathooks with an upper bevelled mirror flanked by very precise turned spindles, with lift up seat below for further storage and a well thought out line of horizontal green tiles to the right hand side back where a wet umbrella may lean against. and a small curved space with a single corresponding turned spindle above and original hand shaped drip tray below. Height 75", Depth 16", Width 56". Circa 1895.
