a set of six opalescent glass shades aligned to the Arts and Crafts movement (1880–1910), c.1900. Each squat bell shape flares to a ruffled/crimped rim with a soft milky opalescence through the body. Period small fitters suit gas or early electric galleries. Hand-blown manufacture gives slight shade-to-shade variation as expected.
