A rare Aesthetic Movement copper and brass coal scuttle with turned Ebony handle, the whole stood on a flared base with all-over stylised sunflower and foliage decoration.
An embossed owl perched on a tree bough within Anglo-Japanese style designs to the hinged lid, rand the original pull-out tin liner which is in great shape.
Retaining the original brass coal shovel with Ebony handle.
Measures: Height 16 1/2 inches, height to handle top 18".
