Charles Edward Horton for Lamb of Manchester.An Aesthetic Movement ebonised and coromandel side cabinet, with a bevelled mirrored and shelved back, a glazed base with a spindle galleried under-shelf, stamped to top edge of door.
Possibly designed by W. J. Estall. Lambs were one of the very best cabinet makers of the period: A pure Art Furniture company, whose furniture designs were at the forefront in England in the late 1800s.
