A rare English Arts & Crafts hand-hammered octagonal pewter box with ribbed decoration to the top and the base centred with an oval jewel to the front, surrounded by rope decoration.
The jewel is made up of tiny pieces of blue turquoise in circles set around the main centre, decorated with fragments of turquoise.
Width: 5.5 in (13.97 cm)
Depth: 4 in (10.16 cm)
